Every Tuesday at noon, you have a chance to talk to a social worker. If you have questions, need answers, want resources, or have a particular topic in mind, log in or dial in on Tuesdays.
Funding is currently available through ERAP for New York City households who are behind in their rent. Eligible low and moderate-income households can get up to 12 months of their back rent paid, along with 3 months of future rent and other assistance.
Local 237 members are eligible to receive discounted mortgage closing costs at Freedom Mortgage.
